Tell Me Why? - 5/6 Science Day

The senior unit had a Science day called.....Tell Me Why?

we completed a number of activities and then undertook research to explain what we observed and what practical applications there might be.

We made spirals and held them over a heat source.

We defied gravity with water and card.

  Held ping pong balls in the air using a hair dryer.

Made soap powered boats.

Finally, we researched why?

Market Day

Well Market Day was a raging success.
Our entrepreneurial 5/6s run amazing stalls and raised money to put towards their end of year activities and graduation for this year and next.
All the school had tons of fun and now.......well, we'll have to wait another two years.
